orders & delivery
We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping within Singapore for all orders over $80. Local delivery fee for orders below $80 is $7.
For international delivery, simply drop us a line at email@example.com or DM us on Instagram to get an estimated quote.
As soon as your order is received, your orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Local delivery will take between 2 to 5 days while international delivery may take between 7-14 days. Kindly note there might be slight delays during public holidays.
For urgent same-day local delivery, slide into our DM on Instagram and we’ll do our best to assist you. Additional charges will apply for same-day delivery.
An email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number will be send out as soon as your item is dispatched.
EASTNOMADS is not responsible for any package returned due to failed delivery pertaining to incorrect or incomplete information, multiple failed attempts, or refusal to pay custom fees (for international delivery). If your order is returned to us, please note that an additional shipping fee of S$6 will be charged.
We go to extra lengths to ensure the safety of our items. However, in the event that your items are lost through shipping or damaged during transit, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges of goods within 21 days of purchase. Any item returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original packaging. Kindly note we do not accept returns and exchanges for items purchased during sales or pre-orders, as well as custom orders and perishable goods (e.g. food, flower, plants). Once we have received and inspected your return items, your refund will be processed via the transaction payment mode.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to cover the return shipping cost. If you wish to process your return, your items can be mailed back to us (with shipping fees borne by you) or returned in person.
